Our Support Desk Hero hails from Illinois but has lived in Merrill, WI most of his life. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and additionally associate’s degrees in Computer Support and Liberal Arts. Ethan has multiple noteworthy technology support certifications including CompTIA A+, Sophos Firewall Engineer and Technician, Linux Essentials, CompTIA Linux+, and 3CX Basic and Intermediate. In Ethan’s free time, he enjoys collecting antique firearms and considers himself a gamer on various systems.
If you have had to submit a support ticket since 2022, you have likely worked with Ethan. His main responsibility with Sprinter is serving as a first support contact for users. This could involve a technology emergency like business computers are down or it could be more relaxed like walking through a new hardware setup. Ethan always ensures users feel like they are valued and that solving their technical issue is important. He is a great addition to the team and is excited to continue growing in his capacity as a technician.
